At the moment I don’t offer online classes, however I often run educational online courses and workshops on various yoga topics.

All of my events (both online and in-person) are accredited with Yoga Alliance and count as continuing education credits.

• Yoga student training: 45 hours.

• Anatomy mini-training: 12 hours.

• Breath mini-training: 12 hours.

• Sequencing training: 30 hours.

I also have a course on yoga for wrist pain, which is worth 12 hours of YACEP credits.

At the moment I don’t have any retreats planned, however, I sometimes add some spontaneously depending on my schedule.

I mainly focus on educational retreats / trainings rather than yoga holidays.

When my schedule allows it I’m happy to take on some private clients either in-person or online. Please get in touch to discuss things in more detail.
